Mr. Evers is the co-founder & CEO of Kaizen Development Partners, a full service commercial real estate development firm with an emphasis in office and healthcare developments. Evers brings a versatile and deep knowledge of development, master planning, entitlements, construction and capital markets. Mr. Evers has almost 20 years of extensive and diverse project management experience, ranging from healthcare, government, corporate and academic developments. Having been a serial entrepreneur, his vision and forward thinking continuously innovates and constantly challenges systemic norms with singular object of achieving better outcomes for all stakeholders.

Prior to co-founding Kaizen Development Partners, Mr. Evers served as CEO of the Neal Richards Group, Under Evers’ leadership, NRG grew its business from a start-up in 2008 with zero assets to nearly a billion dollars of real estate in roughly 7 years. Mr. Evers brings a large company pedigree because of his many years at the Staubach Company (now JLL) under the leadership of Roger Staubach and also the Trammell Crow Company (now CBRE) under the mentorship of CEO Bob Sulentic. Those great organizations helped influence Mr. Evers’ own strong sense of ethics and values for a client-first, entrepreneurial organization. That “Continuous Improvement” in Real Estate has manifested itself in the creation of Kaizen Development Partners

Mr. Evers received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University (Construction Science / Management) with Graduate studies from Harvard Business School (OPM). Mr. Evers has served as a Board Member of Make-A-Wish foundation, as an affiliate of Associated Builders and Contractors, Associated General Contractors, Healthcare Executives Network, The Real Estate Council, The Compelling Why mentorship program, Aggies Professional Network, and the Harvard Business School African-American Alumni Association. Mr. Evers is also a member of the North Texas Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Mr. Evers frequently serves as a speaker on the panel of Bisnow’s Office & Healthcare Summits in Dallas, and is also an active speaker at Texas A&M real estate groups.
