IE Business School

Practicing lawyer since 1993, Dulce Miranda has a wide experience in patent and software litigation and specializes in transfer technology agreements in different fields. Appointed independent expert to assist European Commission on IP valuation.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, the AIPPI and EPLAW. Member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the WIPO.

She has been singled out as a leading lawyer in Intellectual Property by an array of directories, including Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Best Lawyers and European Legal Experts.

She lecturers on a range of postgraduate programs and is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences.
