Edmondo Tudini

Edmondo Tudini is a Fellow of Banking and Insurance at SDA Bocconi School of Management.

His collaboration with SDA Bocconi began in 2002. He has coordinated major national and international research projects and he has also been part of the research team for other projects. He has coordinated several education activities for leading Italian companies operating in the Banking, Finance, Automotive and Fashion industries and has taught in numerous executive courses. He has taught in the Executive Master in Business & Administration (EMBA), and the Post Graduate Program in Business at SDA Bocconi Asia Center in Mumbai. His main position was as the Director of EMCFB - Executive Master in Corporate Finance & Banking – for the 2015 and 2016 editions.

His research activities focus on Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, Private Equity and Fintech. He is mainly interested in corporate debt financing from the perspective of both parties: creditors and lenders. Recently he has been involved in research projects related to private debt funds and market place lending operators.

He started his career in Mediobanca Spa as a credit analyst at LBO desk, after which he served as an independent advisor in M&A and corporate financing transactions for many companies operating in various industries (automotive, banking, E-commerce, fashion, food). He has a track record of more than 20 M&A deals. He is an equity partner of an Italian M&A boutique practice.

Edmondo earned a degree in Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Business Administration & Management from Università Bocconi.
