Research Summary
Edmund’s primary research areas are corporate law and takeover regulation, including the harmonisation of company law on the European level. Recent published projects include a paper on the mandatory bid rule and an analysis of the member states’ implementation of the EU Takeover Directive. Currently, he is working on an empirical study analysing levels of private benefits of control in different jurisdictions.
