Professor at FGV Direito Rio and partner at Portugal Ribeiro Advogados. Doctor in Public Law from the Universities of Paris (Panthéon-Sorbonne) and Rome (Sapienza), with postdoctoral research carried out at Harvard Law School and MIT Economics. Master of Laws (LL.M) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Master in Economic Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). He was a visiting researcher at Yale Law School, in the United States, and a research fellow at the Max-Planck Institutes in Heidelberg and Hamburg, Germany. He works especially in the areas of Public Economic and Administrative Law.
