Eduardo Matias

Eduardo Felipe Pérez Matias was twice winner of the Jabuti Prize in the Economics, Business and Law categories, for the books “Humanity and its Borders: from the sovereign State to global society” and “Humanity against the Strings: the struggle of global society for sustainability ", and author of more than 100 articles published in different media in the country, he recently coordinated the guide “Empreendendo Direito: legal aspects of startups”, the survey “Legal Panorama of Startups” and the report “Fomentando o Empreendedorismo Innovador no Brasil ”. Doctor in International Law from USP, where he also graduated. Postdoctoral fellow at IESE Business School, Spain, Master (DEA) in International Law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and visiting scholarat Columbia Universities in New York and UC Berkeley and Stanford in California. He is a visiting professor at Fundação Dom Cabral and partner responsible for the Business, International, Innovation and Startups and Sustainability areas of the Nogueira, Elias, Laskowski e Matias Advogados law firm.
