Eduardo Jáuregui is the author of Meditate it gives me FATAL: a mindfulness guide for lifelong human beings (Uranus, 2022), recommended by Pablo d'Ors, Tara Brach and Matthieu Ricard, among others.

He has published another 15 books in 20 languages, including the novels Conversations with my cat , Judgment against humans and Sicilian Yoga , in which he addresses the subject of Mindfulness and its benefits from fiction. He has also written about meditation in his monographs A Sense of Humor: Instruction Manual and Love and Humor, as well as his biography of the Beatles' hairdresser . For the youngest he has published books such as the children's series The Most Wonderful Story Ever Written and a series of comics for Disney.

He has a degree in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, a Master's in Social Anthropology from Oxford University and a PhD in Political and Social Sciences with a doctoral thesis on laughter and humor – terribly boring, by his own admission.

He has been a professor of positive psychology, among other subjects, at Saint Louis University (Madrid Campus), and is currently collaborating in various master's programs, including the Master's in Applied Positive Psychology at the Jaume I University. He was also a founding member of the Spanish Society of Positive Psychology , collaborating in the organization of several of its congresses.

In 2004 he founded the training consultancy Humor Positivo , specializing in the application of a sense of humor and positive emotions at work, working with clients such as IKEA, La Caixa, Sanitas and General Motors, as well as public administrations, universities, associations and NGOs. . He is also a partner and facilitator of Teamlabs and a collaborator of Hyper Island , facilitating Master Classes in Paris, London and New York.

He began in practices of attention through yoga, in 1995, becoming certified as a teacher with the Sivananda school in the year 2000. He has taught yoga and meditation in Spain, the United Kingdom and Italy. He attended one of the first MBSR courses in Madrid in 2011, and is currently licensed by Brown University to teach this very program. Since 2020 he has directed the ModoSer mindfulness school.
