Biography

Eileen is one of three founding partners at Orchestrate Learning. She has more than 25 years of experience in project management training, course design, organizational development, and interpersonal team development. For each and every client, Eileen delivers highly interactive, energetic workshops that produce immediate and practical results. Eileen also instructs trainers on how to improve their craft through professional workshops centered on interactive training techniques.
In addition to her work at Orchestrate Learning, Eileen is also an instructor with the Corporate Education Group (CEG), a Boston-based provider of corporate training and consulting services. Earlier in her career, Eileen was a senior training consultant for FranklinCovey where she led training programs in the areas of time management, project management and trainer certification. She also worked as a training manager for EastWest Federal Bank in Calif. where she started their first training department.
During her career, Eileen has consulted for a number of Fortune 100 and 500 clients in industries from manufacturing, education and telecommunications, to government, automotive, insurance, pharmaceutical, biotech, and finance.
Eileen holds a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in training and development from the University of Redlands, California and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She also has specialized training in DiSC Behavioral Analysis, Lumina Learning and corporate coaching.
