Katya Neretina joined the Department of Finance and Business Economics in 2019. She received her PhD from Tilburg University. Before her PhD, she did a research internship at the Dutch Central Bank. Katya’s research interests are at the intersection of finance, political economy, and competition. Her work highlights the anti-competitive effects of corporate lobbying, and of concentration in the bond underwriting industry and in the legal profession.
