My research interests are in group interaction and process, with an emphasis on conflict and computer supported cooperative work. I am currently working with others in HCII to develop a prototype to support sales and repair personnel in a dynamic environment. In addition to this work I am studying conflict within the Internet Engineering Task Force (the body responsible for many of the standards related to the Internet).
