Biography
Ellen’s been recognized for her talents in managing all stages of training from beginning to end. This includes needs assessment, gap analysis, instructional design, training plans, training delivery, onsite implementation, and post implementation analysis. She prides herself with providing clients the added support required when introducing new company initiatives.
Not only is Ellen known for her ability to bridge the gap between the Subject Matter Experts (i.e. programmers, developers, etc.) and the End User or “non-experts” to decrease learning time and increase staff productivity…she’s also extremely easy to work with…relating seamlessly with all levels of the organization!
