Ellen Frye

Ellen Frye (New York) joined KKR in 2022 as Head of Legal Regulatory and Technology Advancement on the Legal team. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Frye was head of regulatory and Americas at Fincap Law. From 2007 to 2020, Ms. Frye was an attorney in the litigation department at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York, where she represented clients, including KKR, in connection with antitrust and foreign direct investment matters in relation to mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Frye holds a B.A. with honors in English Language & Literature from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Fordham Law School.
