Tepper School of Business

Ellie has 30 years of experience as a human resources consultant specializing in organizational and leadership development. She has worked as an executive coach with all levels of leaders, across a number of industries, with an emphasis on mid-level to senior leadership. A sampling of her clients have included AT&T, Chrysler, Merrill Lynch, Cap Gemini, ABC Daytime and Monsanto. Ellie is the author of a number of articles and is co-author of “The CEO’s Guide to Driving Innovation.” She holds a bachelor’s from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and a master’s in organizational communication from Wake Forest University.
