THNK School of Creative Leadership

Founder & CEO at SKTK (Saketekilla)

My experience and deep interests:

I am based in: Amsterdam

I am a creative global lead producer and brand consultant, I craft creative projects and top marketing communications at international level. My passion centres in evolving creativity across all industries, by bringing more creative women to the equation (women make up almost half of the creative industry and account for only 11% of creative directors), generating more value for young talent, and targeting a more honest representation of diversity in advertising, content and media.

I bring synergy through a strong global network of creators, influencers and decision-makers in the intersection of creativity, women, culture, sports, music, fashion and art.

My background is in Marketing, with a major in Advertising and a minor in Cinematography. I pursued a MSc in Entrepreneurship and Management in the Creative Industries by the UVA, specialised in fashion and sportswear at Central Saint Martins and the London College of Fashion. I have worked with and for top global brands such as Adidas, Swatch, Foot Locker Inc, United Nations, Volkswagen, Pepsico, Danone, Swiss Post, Nestle, in four continents. A natural born nomad, I have lived in Mexico, Switzerland and since 2013 I call Amsterdam my home.

My hustle is to support women empowerment initiatives, I’ve recently launched the Women in Leadership program in Adidas, I am a founding member of Lean In the Netherlands Chapter, and Editor in Chief of Visioness, a digital magazine in the making. The things I love the most: my family, meditation practice, travel and art.
