Cox School of Business
Eric is a Partner in our Transaction Services practice. He has developed extensive transaction experience serving as an adviser to multinational companies, middle market private equity firms and local corporations. He has been involved in more than 400 transactions with more than 100 different private equity investors, multinational companies, lenders and strategic corporate acquirers. Eric has significant M&A experience across many industries.
Eric’s transaction experience includes financial due diligence for lenders, buyers and sellers (including quality of earnings analyses; cash flow drivers; investigating revenue stream and profitability drivers; examining operating cost structure and sustainability factors; reviewing quality and realization of assets and liabilities; identifying working capital requirements and negotiating positions; post-close working capital verification and adjustment mechanisms). He also has performed significant work in debt and equity financing consulting; post-acquisition accounting and integration, and financial and operational consulting.
