Eric Peterson

Eric Peterson is the director of people analytics at Expedia whose team drives data-inspired employee lifecycle insights across organizations and geographies in support of Expedia’s people goals. These goals include focuses on diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, demographics and movement and employee engagement. Before joining Expedia, Peterson also held progressive people analytics roles at Microsoft, as well as supporting their Dynamics Division in a finance role.

While Peterson has experience in data and analytics roles outside human resources, his passion is leading with data-driven insights and strategy within human resources of larger organizations. He is a proud graduate of the University of Washington with a B.A. in economics and also holds an MBA from Seattle University.
