Biography

An e-commerce executive, Professor Erick Goss offers students the benefit of a broad range of his experience in all aspects of e-commerce and internet marketing.

Impact

The company Erick leads has established itself as an effective career development partner for some of the most talented artists and producers in the market. Creative Trust clients and partners have received more than 100 Grammy, Juno, Dove and literary awards, and have sold in aggregate 25 million records, 30 million books, and 55 million videos. Today, the company has expanded its reach beyond music and publishing to develop core competencies in solving the future challenges of audience development for creative talent across the spectrum of the arts.

Leadership

Erick is Co-CEO at Creative Trust Ventures, a media brand management firm with a unique blend of audience development and demand generation skills focused on delivering outcomes across books, music, video, film and interactive. In this role Erick oversees all audience and customer development efforts for the company’s media and literary brands. As part of his work at Creative Trust, Erick is also General Manager for one of the company’s client brands, JellyTelly, a website that provides families access to streaming videos and casual video games. Previously, he was Managing Partner of Jellyfish Labs where JellyTelly was created, and has served as Senior Manager for several divisions of Amazon.com.
