Eli Broad College of Business
Erin Wolf is a nationally-recognized speaker, executive coach and consultant in the areas of leadership development, diversity, organization change, and organizational strategy. She has more than 25 years of experience and has worked for well-known firms such as Bain & Company, Goldman Sachs, Accenture and Salomon Brothers Inc.
Erin is the Founding Director of The Coles College of Business Women’s Leadership Center at Kennesaw State University where she develops and implements initiatives and connections that help women students and professionals reach their fullest leadership potential. She teaches Leadership, Strategy, Business Plan Development and Change Management in Kennesaw State’s Executive MBA program. She is also the Managing Partner of SuiteTrack, a firm dedicated to helping companies advance their female professionals and future leaders in the workplace. Her clients include companies such as The Home Depot, Whirlpool, UPS, Dow, American Express, Kimberly-Clark, Equifax, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and many others.
Before founding SuiteTrack, Erin was Managing Director at Alvarez and Marsal where she drove business development and content delivery in the Southeast region. Prior to that, Erin was Vice President of Strategy and Executive Team member for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Chief Strategy Officer for ChoicePoint, a $1 billion data services company.
Erin currently sits on or has previously sat on the boards of Women’s Leadership of Harvard University’s Kennedy School, the Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta, The Atlanta Girls School, Homrich Berg Wealth Management, Girls Inc., and Girls on the Run.
Erin’s publications include two books, Lessons From the Trenches: A Woman’s Guide to Winning the Corporate Game and If I Knew Then What I Know Now: Secrets to Success from Top Women Leaders.
Erin Wolf has worked for nationally recognized firms such as Bain & Company, Goldman Sachs, Accenture and Salomon Brothers Inc. With more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Wolf brings a diverse background in strategic consulting, change management, investment banking and finance. She is currently the Managing Partner of SuiteTrack, a firm dedicated to developing and accelerating the advancement of female professionals. She helps companies improve their bottom line by unleashing the potential of their high performing women in an increasingly diverse workplace. SuiteTrack’s programs include mentoring/coaching, workshops and tailored case studies, all designed to develop leadership competencies. Prior to founding SuiteTrack, Ms. Wolf was a Managing Director with Alvarez and Marsal, one of the country’s top two restructuring firms, where she drove business development and content delivery in the Southeast region. As a certified DiSC® instructor, she worked with executive teams to help them better understand their corporate culture and dynamics. She also provided executive coaching, training, and development for professionals at all levels of organizations.
