Biography

Esteve is a Lecturer at the Department of Strategy and General Management of ESADE Business School and former Director of the Executive MBA program. He holds a combined BBA and MBA degree from ESADE and Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Universitat Politècnica Catalunya-Barcelona, Spain. Esteve teaches competitive strategy, corporate strategy, strategic business simulation and entrepreneurship throughout a variety of management programs at ESADE. He is currently taking a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) program at UP Comillas in Madrid (class of 2024). His areas of research focus on Strategy Definition and Discerning Leadership. He has served as corporate advisor for several European top management teams of Japanese multinational companies and facilitated strategic planning processes for SMEs. Esteve serves on the board of trustees of two private foundations of the Society of Jesus. Esteve developed a long professional career within Hewlett-Packard across Spain, Portugal and the USA performing different strategic marketing roles at a divisional and regional (Europe, Middle East and Africa) levels. He also developed commercial (sales and marketing) roles across Iberia for a variety of product lines. Prior to that, he worked as a management consultant for KPMG for five years. Esteve started his professional at CH Werfen Group, a Spanish multinational specialized in diagnostic solutions for clinical tests, working as financial controller of its Mexican subsidiary.
