Graduated from Law and Labor Sciences, and MBA from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. In 1995 she completed a PDD at IESE. She has spent most of her career working in Educational institutions, and she has held the General Manager position as well as a Board member for over 15 years. She is currently the Dean of Education of the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC)
From a practitioner point of view her areas of expertise are Strategic Management, Human Resources, Finance, and Communication. Academically, she specialized in Motivation, Competency Development, Work and Family Balance and Female Leadership. She has co-authored, together with Nuria Chinchilla, book chapters, cases, technical notes and articles.
