Presentation

Eva Boxenbaum conducts research on how organizational actors shape the innovation, implementation and institutionalization of new management practices, organizational forms. Her most recent research focuses on the cognitive, material and visual dimensions of these processes. Empirically, she has examined sustainability, corporate social responsibility, renewable energy, diversity management, architecture, construction practice, cultural heritage, and organizational scholarship.

Her work has been published in journals such as Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Annals, Organization Studies, California Management Review and Strategic Organization.
