Evangelos Dedousis

Professor Dedousis has worked in the Greek Sugar Industry, the Lisbon Stock Exchange, and multinational corporations including National Panasonic, 3M, Toyota, and Oy E Sarlin. Before joining AUD in 2005, he was a faculty member in Griffith University Australia, The American University of Beirut, King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals, and held short-term appointments in universities in Japan, South Korea, and Singapore.

Scholarly contributions of Professor Dedousis include chapters in books published by Routledge, IGI Global, Longman, and Academic Press. Reflecting a diversity of research interests his articles appeared in the Journal of Management, Higher Education, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Journal of Islamic Marketing, Employee Relations, Corporate Ownership and Control, Journal of Cross-Cultural Management, Journal of Marketing and Operations Management Research, Industry and Higher Education, e-Journal of Business Education & Scholarship of Teaching. Professor Dedousis has received the Provost’s Award for Outstanding Research and was included in the Academic Keys Who’s Who in Business Higher Education.

Professor Dedousis is the Editor-in-Chief of Review of Educational Theory, and Co-Editor of the International Journal of Economics and Business Administration. He also serves in the editorial advisory board of several journals including Open Management (Ge Rruyter), Management and Business Research Quarterly, Journal of Educators Online (JEO), Journal of Management Research, and the Arabian Journal of Business and Management Review.

Consulting activities of Professor Dedousis include a series of seminars on corporate governance and leadership development for members of the BOD of a large auto-manufacturing company in Nigeria and training sessions in cross-cultural management, corporate culture and organizational design for senior academic personnel from universities in Nigeria. Professor Dedousis has chaired several external committees reviewing academic programs and evaluating internal quality assurance systems in universities in Greece.
