The Chartered Institute of Marketing

The first 17 years of Fay’s career have been spent working in the financial services sector, gaining experience in both personal and business banking. During this time Fay completed her MBA from Warwick Business School, Postgraduate qualification with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and developed an expertise in strategic product development and relationship management.  

In 2014 Fay founded her own company, Look After Your Pennies, which aims to empower parents to confidently educate their children to become financially independent, while learning how to manage money in an increasingly virtual world.

Fay is a tutor for CIM Academy on the Level 3 Foundation Certificate where she teaches Marketing Principles and Customer Communications. Fay regularly delivers face-to-face workshops for CIM which she combines with other projects for financial service organisations.
