Biography
-
In 1997 I attended the State of the World Forum (San Francisco, California), founded by Mikhail Gorbachev in 1995. At this forum I met Steven Covey and his great set of habits of highly effective people. I took the course of the 7 habits, and I wrote in my people mission (habit 2) my desire to help doctors adapt to the changes in the Colombian health system. Since that year I began to teach management and entrepreneurship courses for doctors; The learning of these courses plus the study of medical education helped me to publish in 2011 the book "EL MÉDICO EMPRESARIO".
My accumulated experience in the study of the Gallup Science of Strengths (since 1999) and in my work with Gallup as a Management Development consultant (Gallup Path), has helped me to offer graduate students best practices. world managers. My goal is for each student to practice management that successfully incorporates (yes, you can!) the personal development of employees at work and productive excellence for the company.
