Dr. Fiona Wang is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Accounting at NUS Business School. Her research interests focus on the design and use of management control systems, with an emphasis on compensation packages and management practices enhanced by modern technologies. Her current research examines the design of employee incentive and evaluation systems, particularly in the context of enabling and managing innovation. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration and Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked as an auditor at Deloitte in San Francisco.
