Fordham University

Francine Alfandary is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Groups and Chair of the French Group at Pearl Cohen’s New York office. Francine has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, financing rounds, joint ventures, licensing and distributorship arrangements, as well as ongoing corporate issues such as employment law, commercial leases, and commercial agreements. Her clients include technology companies, retail companies, and non-US companies with significant US interests. As her clients’ primary outside counsel, Francine provides on-going advice in the establishment, maintenance, and day-to-day activities of operating companies throughout the US.

Francine has worked as an attorney in France, California and New York. Prior to joining Pearl Cohen, Francine was a partner in the New York office of a leading French law firm.

Francine is a longtime member of the faculty of the Fordham University School of Law, and she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa at University of California, Berkeley.
