Santa Clara University Leavey School of Bussiness

Francine Gordon, Ph.D., a pioneer of the modern women’s movement, was one of the first two women professors at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. She then held senior management roles at Pac Bell and Ungermann–Bass and was a manager at Boston Consulting Group.

Before becoming a lecturer at LSB, she founded Womennovation. She facilitates workshops and cross-division off-sites to spark increased creativity and innovation. Engagements also include executive coaching with a focus on women leaders.

She is the founder and Chair of SV Forum's prestigious Tech Women Program and she’s been the organizer of TEDxBayArea Women. She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Organizational Behavior from Yale University.
