Francisco Servia is a professional with extensive experience in innovation on digital products and services. Since 2013 he has been part of the Amazon team in Spain , being one of the oldest employees of the North American company in the country. During this time, he has performed different functions, highlighting his participation in the launch and management in Spain and Europe of products and services such as Alexa , Amazon's virtual voice assistant, and Prime Now , the North American company's commitment to ultra-fast delivery in select cities.

As a result of his long career at Amazon, Francisco Servia shares the deepest principles that drive the growth of the E-Commerce giant: an absolute focus on the customer, orientation towards continuous innovation as a work philosophy and an undoubted tendency to continue learning. and challenge the status quo.

Prior to his career at Amazon, Francisco Servia worked as a software design engineer at Ericsson , becoming the youngest team leader of the R&D department of the Swedish company in Spain.
