Françoise is a consultant, academic and author with a national profile. She is a major contributor to the field of Organizational Development (OD) with a proven ability to think and act across systems. Consequently, her career spans across the country and internationally. Her main area of expertise is Leadership Development: through a variety of interventions, she helps individuals, organizations and communities enhance leadership capacity.
