Frank Gigler came to the Carlson School from the University of Chicago where he taught for several years after receiving his doctorate. His research is primarily in the area of financial disclosure and contract theory, and has been published in journals such as Economic Theory, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Journal of Accounting Research, and the Accounting Review. He currently serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Accounting Research and the Accounting Review. Gigler holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota.
