Frank Melia entered the financial services industry in 1990 and worked as a financial advisor until the year 2000. Residential & Commercial Lending have been Frank’s specialty for the past 18 years. Frank regularly appears on the AM970 Radio show “Ask the Lawyer with Mike Connors” as a reverse mortgage expert. Frank is a resource to Elder Law Attorneys and recently was interviewed regarding Trust Lending Options in the NYSBA Law Journal. Frank received his Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation in 2007 & offers mortgage planning services including Lending Options for Homes held in Irrevocable Trusts.
