I am experienced manager in both projects and operations for DAX companies. I have a successful track record in management, transformation and change programs, stakeholder-management, business development and project management as well as consulting with substantial experience in the energy and automotive sector. I currently work at Porsche Consulting where I''m focused on helping companies to drive change within organizations around globalization and digitalization. I am also concluding my Master in Innovation Management & Leadership. I''m a Coach and Holacracy Practitioner.

A citizen of the world, I love to travel the world to broaden my view; I studied in Poland, China and Indonesia to see how the economies are organized and to experience the differences of living in these countries. As the daughter of a wonderful Kosovan Father and a lovely German Mother, I have benefitted from a multi-cultural upbringing. This exposed me to a wide range of religious and social attitudes which I have mixed freely and consider as fundamental for my pragmatic view of life. I grew up in a mid-size town in Germany.

Within the Creative Leadership Program, I plan to focus on making the world a better place for elderly people by developing solutions and products that improve their lives and are fun to use at the same time.
