Biography
Dr. Gabor Kajtar is Associate Professor of International Law at ELTE Law School Budapest. He holds an LLM degree from University of Cambridge and a PhD from ELTE University. He has been Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School (2015/2016), Visiting Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre of International Law (2019) and Visiting Scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg. Dr. Kajtar was the coach of the ELTE Team winning the Philip C. Jessup World Championship Round in 2019 and the Team winning the Telders International Rounds in the same year. His current research concerns the fragmentation of attribution in international law. His volume in the ESIL Series co-edited with Basak Cali and Marko Milanovic is forthcoming in 2022 with Oxford University Press entitled „Secondary Rules of Primary Importance”.
