Biography

Gabriele is Dean, New Business Accelerator, at Federation University. She is a digital education expert and a Professor of International Business, with focus on the EU and Asia (current affairs, market integration and FTAs, supply chains, digital education) and work experience in more than 25 countries, especially Europe, USA, China and India, and other. Gabriele is an award-winning educational innovator and writer. She regularly advises education providers, business, State and Commonwealth Government, the OECD, UNCTAD and JETRO (IDE) on international trade & investment flows and impacts as well as business digitalisation. Gabriele has served as visiting fellow and/or expert at other leading business schools including the Australian National University (ANU), Aalto University, ESCP Europe, TuM/GGS, Bayreuth University and as Honorary Professor at Melbourne Business School and RMIT University's EU Centre. She also served as Director, International Relations at the University of Melbourne and led Gartner's executives-focused education services (International CEO Forum) and Pearson's digital custom learning product development across APAC. Gabriele presents regularly at summits and venues reaching from the Harvard Kennedy School to the United States Congress, UNCTAD, OECD, WEF and on highest leadership level at the European Commission. She also regularly features in Australian and international media. As an author, Gabriele is highly prolific with fourteen international business books, award-winning scholarly research articles, scholarly and industry and case studies, and recognised high-profile multimedia channels.
