Bio
Garth Frazer is Associate Professor of Economic Analysis and Policy in the Department of Management at the University of Toronto-Scarborough, with a cross appointment to the Business Economics area at Rotman. His research is focused on industrial development and trade with a focus on productivity, particularly in Africa. He has explored the impact of trade agreements and trade preferences on African trade, and provided advice to African governments in their trade negotiations. He is also Associate Editor of the Journal of African Economies.
