Gary Adkins

Having been in the Leadership Development and Change business now for over 35 years, I began from having leadership positions as a CWA Union local Executive to a Business Leader and Entrepreneur, I then began studying and consulting on leadership and organizational development. I now feel as if I have an excellent balance between the being and doing, the theory and the practice. My passion is to enable individuals, groups, teams and organizations to transform. My methods are anchored in the social sciences. My thinking is based in intellectual history, the history of ideas unfolding in practice. This has in turn impacted my experience in developing my clients. I look forward to my company's latest contributions to the field as The Solutions Consulting Group (TSG) takes on a new chapter October 1, 2013 when I leave my leadership position at The Center for Creative Leadership, CCl.
