Gary Chin

Gary Chin, PMP, MBA is a project management consultant, author, and trainer who has worked with dozens of clients over the past two decades to help them plan, execute, and govern complex projects. His pragmatic approach includes an in-depth understanding of project management (mechanics and soft skills), but it goes one step further to help clients effectively apply PM practices to their specific products and within their specific organizational environment. As a senior managing consultant for Action for Results, Inc., he helps his clients build the capabilities necessary to develop innovative products and services that respond to the needs of patients/customers worldwide.
