The speaker Georges Trepo is Professor Emeritus of Human Resources Management at HEC Paris. He is a specialist in the management of the quality of life at work. A graduate of HEC Paris, Georges Trepo holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a doctorate in finance and psychosociology from Harvard Business School. Professor of Human Resources Management at HEC Paris, he was Human Resources Development Manager at France Telecom and managed a company in the agricultural sector between 1984 and 2008.

The research and intervention topics of the lecturer Georges Trepo mainly relate to the quality of life at work. This expression tends gradually to replace the term stress which does not cover all the data of a pathology whose consequences amount to billions of euros each year in France.

Convinced that French companies, but also any type of organization employing staff are or will be subject to the harmful effects of stress at work. Thanks to his scientific rigor, the lecturer Georges Trepo will help you implement internal plans to improve the Quality of Life at Work.
