Professor Keegan has experience in software development, computer operations, systems planning and testing, database and data communications, and project management. He has received his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In addition to teaching courses in Metropolitan College’s Computer Science program (IT Project Management, Intro to Computer Science Using C++), Accelerated Degree Completion Program (Business Strategy Seminar, Principles of Marketing) and Administrative Science’s graduate program (Business and Society, Program and Project Management), Keegan currently oversees two academic programs: the Accelerated Degree Completion Program (ADCP), designed for working adults to complete their undergraduate degree as part of a cohort; and the graduate degree and certificate programs for the military at Hanscom AFB. Outside of his work in education, he has over twenty years of business experience with companies such as Verizon, NYNEX, and SunGard Securities Processing.
