SDA Bocconi School of Management

Giovanni Fattore is Full Professor of Health Policy at SDA Bocconi School of Management and at Bocconi University.

He was Director of the Policy Analysis & Public Management Department of Bocconi University (now Social and Political Sciences) and Director of the Master of International Healthcare Management Economics and Policy (MIHMEP) at SDA Bocconi, from 2002 to 2008, and Deputy Director of CERGAS.

His research activities focus on health policy, applied health economics, health planning & management and economic evaluation of healthcare and nutrition interventions. He worked for OECD, WHO and the World Bank and has led several research units for projects funded by the European Commission. He is Associate Editor of Health Policy Journal and author of about 130 publications in scientific journals.

Giovanni has a laurea degree in Economics from Bocconi University, a MSc from the Harvard School of Public Health and a PhD from LSE in Social Policy.
