Giuseppe Toscano is Director of the University Master in Food Management at LIUC - Cattaneo University. At the same university he is an adjunct professor of the "Retail Food Management" course as part of the Master's Degree courses.

His areas of expertise concern planning and management control systems (Analytical Accounting, Budgeting, Performance Measurement, Reporting) and Process Management logics and tools (BPR, Process Analysis, Activity-Based Costing).

In recent years, his research activity has focused on the tools and management logics of companies in the Food & Beverage supply chain.

On these issues he usually carries out consultancy activities.

In the period 1989-1999 he was internal professor of the SDA - Bocconi faculty, also dealing with the design and coordination of the Administration and Control courses for Non-Specialists and some elective courses within the Master in Business Management (MBA)

He has designed and implemented various executive training programs for leading companies including Coca Cola Italia, Microsoft Italia, Edison, Ferrero, Parmalat, Beretta Armi, Riello, Ansaldo Sistemi Industriali, Telecom Italia, Ciba Vision.
