Giverny De Boeck is a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Transformative Work Design that is part of Curtin University (Perth, Australia). In 2019, she defended her Ph.D. in Business Economics at KU Leuven (Belgium) on the topic of the realization of potential in the workplace. Her interests include talent management, potential appraisal, work meaningfulness, temporality, and imagination. For her post-doc, she aims to study these topics in relation to automation in the workplace, work design, and proactive work behavior.
