Carroll School of Management

Grace Gu is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at the Carroll School of Management, Boston College. Her research interests lie in the intersection of technological innovation and strategic management, with a focus on technology strategies in the IT industry. One theme of Grace’s work examines disintermediation in online marketplaces. Her other work studies user’s ideological and composition shifts in more traditional online communities such as Wikipedia.
