Yantz brings to the role over 19 years of experience in higher education administration. He joined the College in 2015 as the operations manager for the Faculty of Regional and Continuing Education. Most recently, he has been serving as the acting chair of the Woodstock/Oxford Regional Campus. Prior to joining Fanshawe College, Yantz served as director of administration with the Don Wright Faculty of Music at Western University. Greg's seven years with Western University also included prior roles as director of MBA recruiting and admissions for the Ivey Business School, and program coordinator for continuing education for post-degree programs. Greg's earlier experiences include four years as an editor with Broadview Press, and six years at the University of Michigan, ultimately in the role of department administrator.
Greg is a graduate of the University of Michigan, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned a Master of Arts (Politics), and a Master of Philosophy (Politics) from New York University. Greg most recently completed the Ivey Leadership Program in 2012.
