Prof. Tryggvason was the Viola D. Hank Professor of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Notra Dame from 2010 to 2017. He is currently the Charles A. Miller, Jr. Distinguished Professor and Department Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, 21218
