Biography

Before joining the faculty at SMLR, Hadi El-Farr was a visiting assistant professor at the University of Cincinnati teaching courses in Human Resources and Organizational behavior. Prior to that, Hadi has taught various courses at the University of Leeds and University of York.

Hadi had his Ph.D. in HRM from the University of Leeds, his M.B.A. from the Lebanese American University and his B.B.A. from the American University of Beirut. Also, He was certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management from 2006 to 2009.

Hadi’s main research interests fall within the vicinity of HRM, Knowledge management, Diversity issues, Labor Economics and Power Relations. Throughout his career, he had an extensive exposure to the Middle Eastern, European and American markets and worked at various industries including Higher Education, Retail, Trade, Management Consulting and Hospitality.
