Hanneke Frese

Hanneke Frese is an executive coach to senior professionals and an independent consultant supporting global organizations with strategic Human Resources projects. In addition, Hanneke is active in the field of think tanks focusing on trends that shape the future of work and is a guest lecturer at executive master programs on topics relating to enhancing leadership capabilities.

Hanneke has coached senior executives and high potential professionals in global organisations in a variety of industries. She regularly works as an executive coach on programs offered by the INSEAD Global Leadership Center. Hanneke established her own consultancy in 2005 after gaining extensive strategic and operational Human Resources experience at business and corporate levels in global financial services organizations.

Hanneke dedicates considerable time to volunteer activities as a member of the advisory board of SDA University Bocconi, and as a member of the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) Committee which supports and advises on the development, implementation and operation of the system which accredits international business schools. She also regularly acts as a Corporate Peer Reviewer for both EQUIS and EPAS accreditations. As a founding member of the International Human Resources Community in Switzerland, she actively supports HR professionals of a unique learning network of 300 members.

Hanneke obtained a degree in Human Resources Management at the Foundation for Training and Social Welfare Work in Amsterdam. She is a graduate of the International Teaching Program (IMD),and holds diplomas in Clinical Organizational Psychology (INSEAD), certification in the Immunity-to-Change Coaching Certification Program (Harvard) and an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (SINEAD). Hanneke is accredited to administer the psychological personality inventory NEO PI-RTM and the Hermann Brain Dominance Indicator (HBDI).

Hanneke is a Dutch national living in Zurich. She has lived and worked in the Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, Switzerland and the USA and is fluent in English, Dutch and German.
