Dr. Hans-Joachim Gergs, a doctor of sociology, teaches at the renowned TUM School of Business, the University of London and the University of Heidelberg and has been a change management consultant for a German automobile company since 2004. Since his master's thesis, he has been concerned with changes in people and organizations. As a consultant and author, he gives managers new ideas on how they can continually renew their companies and themselves.
