Hans Mulder

Hans Mulder is managing director of Venture Informatisering Adviesgroep NV (VIAgroep), professor at the University of Antwerp (UA), Antwerp Management School (AMS) and the Dutch Police Academy. He obtained his PhD from TU Delft (Informatics), a Master of Science in Business Administration (MscBA) from Nijenrode Business University and a Bachelor of Science in ICT from The Hague University of Applied Sciences (Informatics).

Furthermore, as an IT expert, he is frequently involved in dispute resolution in the field of IT and he provides arbitration, mediation, binding advice and expert reports. Where necessary, he also acts as an expert for the benefit of courts. He is an arbitrator at the Netherlands Arbitration Institute in Rotterdam. Hans is a certified mediator and a Judicial Expert. Since 1996 he has been involved in more than 120 cases for arbitration, mediation, binding advice and expert advice. In addition, he has published more than 100 articles in professional literature and international magazines and is the author of several books, including 'Simplicity in Complexity'.
