USC Marshall School of Business

Harlin Singh is an associate director of innovative finance at the Milken Institute. She is responsible for research, development and follow-up for the Institute's Financial Innovations Labs, which address financing gaps and market failures in the social sector

Prior to joining the Institute, Harlin worked in the banking sector for twelve years, developing and overseeing foreign exchange trading and structured products for family offices and asset managers. She’s taught financial literacy for several nonprofits in New York. Harlin is a graduate of Rutgers University and has an M.P.A. from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Policy at NYU.
